宽敞明亮、整洁清新的园内装修，可爱的卡通造型点缀着教室的外墙，教室内摆放着红红蓝蓝的各种玩具，孩子跟随老师学习“watermelon、watermelon……”“西瓜”的英文拼读，课堂互动气氛热烈。这是刘金保创办的岳西县来榜镇未来星幼儿园。

This is the Future Star Kindergarten in Laibang Town, Yuexi County, founded by Liu Jinbao.

刘金保，1982年生，岳西县白帽镇双畈村艾湾组人。2003年，他从合肥体育学院毕业后，在白帽中学代课。2003年，他入伍锻炼。2005年退伍后到福建泉州务工。2008年，他到河南信阳做食品生意。期间，看见外地幼儿园条件优越，有校车接送，想到家乡山区幼儿教育还较落后，留守儿童入学难，回乡创办幼儿园的想法在他的心里萌芽生根。

Liu Jinbao, born in 1982, is from the Aiwan Group of Shuangfan Village, Baimao Town, Yuexi County. After graduating from Hefei Institute of Physical Education in 2003, he took a substitute teaching job at Baimao Middle School. He enlisted in the army in 2003. After his discharge in 2005, he worked in Quanzhou, Fujian. In 2008, he moved to Xinyang, Henan, to start a food business. While there, he saw kindergartens in other areas with excellent facilities and school buses. Thinking of the underdeveloped early childhood education in his hometown's mountainous area, where left-behind children face difficulties in attending school, the idea of returning home and opening a kindergarten took root.

2018年，刘金保通过招商引资在来榜镇，投资300多万元改造原来榜职业中学，创办来榜镇未来星幼儿园，于2019年8月开园。幼儿园占地面积12亩，可同时容纳300位幼儿受教。刘金保非常注重幼儿的素质教育和全面发展，幼儿园开设有国学、礼仪、英语、手脑快算等多个特色课程，招收2.5至6岁适龄学前幼儿。

In 2018, Liu Jinbao, through investment promotion, invested over 3 million yuan in Laibang Town to renovate the former Laibang Vocational Middle School and establish the Laibang Town Future Star Kindergarten, which opened in August 2019. The kindergarten covers 12 mu (approximately 1.2 acres) and can accommodate 300 children simultaneously. Liu Jinbao places great emphasis on the quality education and all-round development of children. The kindergarten offers a variety of distinctive courses, including Chinese studies, etiquette, English, and arithmetic, and enrolls children aged 2.5 to 6 years old.

目前，来榜镇未来星幼儿园共有教职工14人，开设有大、中、小班。校车接送范围覆盖全镇，实行早晚接送。位于来榜镇清潭村前进组韩书妍家是低保户，与奶奶一起生活。她家距离学校二十多分钟车程，每天校车准时接送。该县和平乡九河村小昊小朋友，患有轻度自闭症，自入园日起，就由老师一对一对他耐心的疏导和教育，孩子每天都在幼儿园健康快乐的成长。

Currently, Laibang Town's Future Star Kindergarten has a total of 14 teachers and staff, offering classes for senior, middle, and junior classes. School buses provide transportation throughout the town, with morning and evening pick-ups. Han Shuyan, a child living with her grandmother in Qianjin Group, Qingtan Village, Laibang Town, lives on the minimum living allowance. Her home is over a 20-minute drive from the school, and the school bus picks her up on time every day. Xiaohao, a child from Jiuhe Village, Heping Township, Laibang County, suffers from mild autism. Since enrolling, he has received patient, one-on-one guidance and education from his teachers, ensuring his healthy and happy growth.

看到孩子们可喜的变化，更多的村民乐于将孩子送来幼儿园，这也更加坚定了刘金保创办幼儿园的初衷。他在幼儿保教收费上坚持同类幼儿园最低标准，想方设法为家庭困难的孩子减免费用。

Seeing the encouraging changes in the children, more villagers are willing to send their children to the kindergarten, which further strengthens Liu Jinbao's original intention to establish the kindergarten. He insists on the lowest standards for childcare fees among similar kindergartens and finds ways to reduce or waive fees for children from poor families.

良好的办学环境、优质的教学质量，亲民的收费标准，逐渐受到广大村民的认可。

The good school environment, high-quality teaching quality and affordable tuition fees have gradually been recognized by the majority of villagers.

刘金保不断创新教育理念，加强教师师资培训。在寒暑假期间安排教师到先进地区学习先进的幼儿教育知识，提升老师的专业技能，培养她们的责任心和爱心。他时刻关注幼儿园的管理，在安全、卫生、保健、教学上精准发力。

Liu Jinbao continuously innovates educational concepts and strengthens teacher training. During summer and winter vacations, he arranges for teachers to study advanced early childhood education knowledge in advanced regions, enhancing their professional skills and cultivating their sense of responsibility and compassion. He also pays close attention to kindergarten management, focusing on safety, hygiene, health care, and teaching.

回想来时的办学路，刘金保告诉记者，期间有着数不清的辛劳，付出了很多努力与汗水，但看到孩子们天真、活泼、可爱的笑脸时，他的幸福感、成就感就会溢满心头。“家长将孩子放心地交给我们，我不能辜负他们的信任。要带着爱心精心教育，让未来星幼儿园成为孩子们快乐成长的摇篮。”刘金保说。

Reflecting on his journey, Liu Jinbao told reporters that it was a journey of countless hardships, a tremendous amount of effort, and sweat. But seeing the children's innocent, lively, and adorable smiles fills him with a sense of happiness and accomplishment. "Parents have entrusted their children to us, and I cannot let them down. We must educate them with love and care, making Future Star Kindergarten a cradle for their happy growth," Liu Jinbao said.

刘金保坦言，未来星幼儿园属非营利性幼儿园，赚钱不是他办学的目的。教育是责任和爱心的传递，要不断提升幼儿教育水平，努力将未来星幼儿园打造成岳西县一类园、安庆市一类园，为山区乡镇幼儿提供优质的学前教育。（吴传攀 王节晴 查庆锋）

Liu Jinbao frankly stated that Future Star Kindergarten is a non-profit kindergarten, and profit is not his primary purpose.
